Can I preorder baked goods for a future date?
Yes! We welcome preorders with at least 48 hours’ notice. Just place your order through our online shop by the 6pm cutoff, and the earliest available pick up time would be in 2 days (T+2).
i.e. Monday 6pm --> Weds pickup
Tuesday 6pm --> Thurs pickup
Wednesday 6pm ---> Friday pickup
Thursday 6pm --> Saturday pickup
Friday 6pm ---> Sunday pickup
How do I let you know what date I want to pick up my order?
Since our website currently doesn’t allow date selection, please include your desired pickup date and time in the notes section at checkout. If no note is left, we’ll prepare your order for the next available pickup day and reach out to you for confirmation.
What if I forget to include my pickup date in the notes?
No worries—we’ll contact you using the info provided at checkout to confirm your preferred pickup time. But to avoid any delays, it’s always best to include the date and time in the notes when placing your order.
Can I place a same-day order online?
At this time, we don’t offer same-day ordering through our website. However, feel free to drop by the shop—we might have what you’re looking for available in-store.
Can I cancel or change my preorder?
You can make changes or cancel your order at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Just email us and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer delivery?
We currently offer pickup only from our shop. If you need assistance with larger orders or special occasions, reach out and we’ll see what we can do!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Right now, our menu isn't dairy free or gluten-free - we're a small kitchen and everything we make uses one or both. We'd love to grow into offering more options down the road, but for now we're keeping it classic.
